1. Acceptance of the Voyage

By engaging with Nautilux Coaching, either through our website or by enrolling in our coaching programs (“Voyages”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms act as our mutual navigation chart, ensuring a safe and productive journey toward your personal and professional development.

2. Coaching Services & Engagement

Nautilux Coaching provides life coaching, leadership workshops, and motivational sessions. Our role is to guide and facilitate your growth; however, the velocity and direction of your progress depend on your commitment. We do not provide clinical therapy or medical advice. Our workshops are designed for educational and motivational purposes only.

• Weekly sessions must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a missed session fee.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during our workshops, including charts, worksheets, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Nautilux Coaching. These materials are intended for your personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited, much like unauthorized navigation in restricted waters.

4. Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

We honor the privacy of every individual on board. All information shared during coaching sessions is held in the strictest confidence, except where disclosure is required by law. We expect our clients to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions.

5. Payment & Refunds

Fees for our Coaching Voyages and Workshops are payable in advance. Full refund requests for coaching packages are honored if submitted within 7 days of the first session, provided subsequent sessions have not been attended. Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward future sessions with 72-hour notice.
